Insulin resistance in a cat

Hyperadrenocrticism (HAC) is an uncommonly diagnosed disease in cats with adrenal dependant hyperadrenocorticism (ADH) occurring less frequently than pituitary dependant hyperadrenocorticism (PDH). ADH is the cause in approximately 20% of feline HAC cases. Peter Trinder from Peninsula Animal Hospital talks about one of his cases here and how it was diagnosed.
